It's simple and convenient. Just follow these 3 easy steps:
STEP 1
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Start the checkout process by selecting Store Pickup and choose from a list of available stores where that item is currently in stock. Once checkout is complete, you'll receive an initial email with an order confirmation number.
STEP 2
RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION
Once your order is ready, you will receive a "Your Store Pickup is Ready" email letting you know that you can head to the store.
Don’t forget to add brandsmart-order@brandsmartusa.com to your safe list.
STEP 3
PARK AND PICKUP
Bring your order confirmation email along with valid state-issued ID and credit card used in order to collect your purchase (if credit card was used).
Upon arrival at the store, please have the greeter direct you to the internet Pickup Area. A sales team member will assist you in getting your merchandise to your vehicle.
Can't make it to the store? No worries.
You can choose someone to pick up your order on your behalf. To enable alternate pick up person, you must check the box under Free Store Pickup and add your pickup person's full name, address, email and phone number. Your pickup person must show state-issued photo ID and order number at the store. Only you or the person you've informed us can pick up your order.
